His Excellency ambassador of the State of Qatar to Nepal Mr. Yousuf Bin Mohamed Al-Hail attended on Friday 23/02/2018 at Soaltie Crown Plaza Hotel, the Silver Jubilee celebration of Kantipur newspaper marking the 25th anniversary since its establishment.

The celebration is attended also by Mr. Sher Bahadur Deuba the former prime minister, as the guest of honor, and the vice president as well as a number of officials, journalists and businessmen.

 

His Excellency met during the event with a number of journalists, and explained to them the latest developments in the State of Qatar regarding issuing new laws and regulations to protect labors and maintaining their rights. They commended the role of the State of Qatar in this regard, and added that it is the preferred destination of the Nepali migrant workers.
