I am pleased to welcome you to the website of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Nepal, and I hope that our honorable visitors will find useful information, instructions, important tips that meet their aspirations and answer their questions and inquiries.

The State of Qatar has friendly and cooperative relations with Nepal at all levels, the foundations of which were laid by the wise leadership of our dear homeland, these relations are taking strong and firm steps in the framework of strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the State of Qatar and Nepal on January 21, 1977.

They are well-established and solid relations based on the principles of cooperation, understanding and mutual respect. There are common visions and denominators between the two friendly countries, including support for international peace and security, and our both countries play an important role at the regional and international levels.

The development of the Embassy's website comes with the objective of supporting and strengthening the friendship and cooperative relations between the two friendly countries and peoples, and uplifting them to broader horizons in all fields in a way that achieves mutual interests and benefits.

  • 8/2011 - 9/2014: Deputy Ambassador / Consul (08/2012), Embassy of the State of Qatar in Colombo- Sri Lanka.

  • 9/2014 - 3/2017: In-Charge of Agreement Section – Dept. of Asian Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

  • 8/2023 - up to date; Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Nepal.
