His excellency Yousif Bin Mohamed Al-Hail Qatar's ambassador to Nepal has opened on 26/03/2017 the cultural arts exhibition in Kathmandu Nepal's capital with the moto "City/Home" under  the auspices of the embassy of the state of Qatar in Nepal and the university of Virginia Commonwealth Qatar during the period  26 March to 3 April 2017, with the participation of the Qatari artist Ahmed Yousif one of the pioneers of modern arts movement in Qatar and Dr. Dina Bangdel prof. of Arts history at university of Virginia Commonwealth Qatar, along with a number of Nepali dignitaries.
