His Excellency Mr. Yousif Bin Mohamed Al-Hail Qatar’s ambassador to Nepal has attended on 31/1/2017 a briefing by Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat, at the Foreign Ministry’s building along with the  international community and representatives of diplomatic missions in Nepal about the current situation in the country and exchange of views with them.

His Excellency the minister spoke about the significance of constitutional amendment despite reservations of some political forces about it.

He also expressed that the reconstruction process of the effects of 2015 is among the top priorities of the government.

He praised the relations with the Gulf countries especially with the state of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Sultanate Oman, indicating the Nepali labor in the Gulf, he also described his recent visit to the state of Qatar as good successful, and expressed his hope to develop the relations beyond the labor area.
