H.E. Mr. Mishaal bin Mohammed Ali Al Ansari Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Nepal, participated with Hon’ble Mr. Surendra Raj Acharya, Minister of Women, Children and Elderly Affairs of the Government of Nepal, and H.E. Mr. Yousef bin Mohammed Al-Hail the former Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Nepal in the occasion of opening of Al-Hail Center for Culture and Vocational Training in Kathmandu, with the aim of providing vocational and technical training to the local community in Nepal in collaboration with Qatar Charity’s office in Nepal.
