Mr. Khalifa  Almaadeed chargé d'affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Nepal has honored the celebration to lay the foundation stone for the Bu Abdalla vocational training center, along with Hon'ble Mr. Parbat Gurung  Minister of women, children & senior citizens, Mr. Shiva Kumar Basnet member secretary from Social Welfare Council and Mr. Abdulaziz Alalawie head of Qatar Charity Nepal office which  initiated the project to contribute to qualification of the Nepali youth for work inside and outside Nepal.
